comes out and has a hey day when all else is quiet. I met her when I was little and she has been my pal ever since. Here is some of what we do together.

Angels, angels, everywhere
Here are some angels I made to get the year off to a good start. I think there cannot be too many angels around, can there? I love the colors and textures. Just a simple pattern with some cool fabric and embellishments and presto, they fly.
ALL so very lovely..... Gena, I have just tagged you with a blog award. You can pick it up at my blog site: http://basia-spiritspace.blogspot.com/ Enjoy the butterfly! xoxoxoAlways, Barbara
Gena, I love your angels. I have just tagged you with a blog award. You can pick it up at my blog site http://www.basia.spirit-space.blogspot.com
There is a lovely butterfly there for you! This is the 2nd post I left for you, as I do not know if the first one worked. I am not the best at computers. xoxoAlways, Barbara
I am sorry that you could not see this message on my blog, but I had it all set up and then went to change the color scheme, and all of my posts disappeared! I don't know what happened. When I went to correct a blog site on my favorite blogs, listing yours as one of them, I accidentally deleted my template! Woe is me. So....here are the directions I received when I received my award from LaniPuppetmaker at her blog site.
Here are the directions to go with the butterfly award: Acknowledge who you received the award from: I've been awarded this beautiful butterfly award by Barbara at http://basia-spiritspace.blogspot.com
Here are the rules for receiving this award 1. Put the logo on your blog 2. Add a link to the person who awarded you 3. Nominate 10 other blogs for this award 4. Add links to those blogs 5. Leave a message for your nominees on their blogs.
Oh Gena - these are fabulous!! Did you use bottle caps to frame the faces in some? I can't begin to choose a favorite - they are all so lovely! Thanks for sharing!
oh my gosh...i took a doll making workshop TWICE but have not made the time to work on them. Gritty Jane Studios. I love her dolls and could not find any I loved more. I love your angels just as much and now must go and work on some.
Hi Alice, sorry for the delayed reaction. Thank you for stopping by and visiting. I did use bottle caps for the angels, you are so right. I smashed them until they were flat between two pieces of wood, so the smash marks wouldn't show!

Now let me see the rest.
Hi Camelia,

The angels reflect a calming beauty and peace...a great way to begin your art year.
Thanks, Jan. Angel energy is always good, isn't it.
I LOVE your Angels! Gena, you are such an inspired and wonderful artist. What a lovely gathering....
Deb
Your Art Dolls are fabulous!!! Do you teach classes anywhere? Blessings, Katie
I so hope we can get enough people together to do the angel project again this year!!!
